I'm sure this has been asked before but after my first injection of Tren , my left nipple became sore and hard. There is no lump under my nipple and my right one fine.

Can anyone tell me why. I didnt think signs of (gyno ) would be possible after one shot and what do I do.

I have Clomid that I was going to use for PCT, should I start it now?
