New PCT

I am looking at changing my PCT. I am doing a sus250 at 500mg a week and deca at 300mg a week. I was going to do clomid 100mg first two weeks, 50mg the second two, and 20mg nolvadex for four weeks. The more I read the more I hear bad thing about clomid and I hear good things about Proviron. Now my question is how much and how long do I do the Proviron? And do I keep my nolvadex the same? Should I and anthing more to this?

it would be nice to get some input on this because I just told the guy on the thread below me to use clomid and i can go back and tell him to change that....

Proviron can keep some people shutdown and I personally wouldn't recommend it for pct as I have no experience with it in such regards. I would stick to the basics (serms/AI's)

Ok then but I have done some research and found the clomid and nolv does the same thing. So What to do?

use the nolva before the clomid. both serms but clomid has more sides IMO
nolva is stronger on a mg to mg basis

I just read the pct from anthony roberts and now i am good. It will not be the same but I learned so much.
