PCT product change?

I haven't been around for a bit but am about to do a cycle of
Test E 500mg/week week 1-12
Deca 400mg/week week1-11
Dianabol 50mg/day week 1-5

Wanting to do a PCT without use of HCG.

I think last year Clomid, Tamox, and Exemestane were recommended and used.

I can't find Exemestane on ar-r any more
I don't see Arimidex on ar-r either (for use during cycle if needed)

1.... Would clomid, tamox and something else work for a good PCT and if so, at what dosages for what weeks?

2.... What would take the place of arimidex for a good on-cycle AI if it's not available(water retention is sometimes a factor with me and Dbol)

Correction, Liquidex is on their site. so, this will be on hand for during cycle.

Without the use of HCG though, what looks like a good pct?
