    Question PCT after anaver only cycle????

    Ihave done some reseach and found some conficting info.

    Will anaver shut done my hpta?

    Will i need to run a PCT after an anaver only cycle?

    I am new to all this so please forgive me if this is a stupid.

    you need pct for every cycle but var only you can just do a little nolva for a few weeks

    shut down, maybe not. it depends on the dose and duration. pct is always good especially if you're using a dose that will yield results

    yes you do need a pct after anavar , 20 mg of nolvadex for 3 weeks would do the trick.

    i am think of a dose of 50mgs ed for 6 weeks.

    so what sort of dose of nolva and for how long after the var?

    It all depends on how much you run(whatever compound).....I've ran Nolvadex for 2 weeks at 20 10 and felt fine for var only cycle.

    by the way a var only cycle is not the best choice of cycles, have you started yet?
    do you want to talk about your cycle or are you dead set on it?

    i aint started it yet dude, waiting to get paid at the end of the month.
    im not dead set on it yet but it seems to tick all the boxes to achieve my goals. Lose excess weight and lean up with low sides.
    i am looking for some advice thou...

    the trick with a var cycle is what r your expectations..

    best case scenario... you will weigh the same as you do right now, only difference is your body composition will change.

    Var will make it so you can workout more often, recovery is very fast, and strength will be good.

    guess what.. it's still about the food you put in your mouth..

    here's a little trick.. no matter what or when you eat, the food, or snack must contain some protein.. if you eat just some fruit preworkout, make sure you take a protein shake or some other form of protein..

    please list these things so we can make a custom cycle for you:
    age
    height
    weight
    bf%
    diet summary/# meals per day
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

    height 6 foot
    weight 224lbs
    bf% unknown right now
    3-4 meals aday
    lifting on and off for 4 years/ always been in to sports (soccer, mountin biking) exersize regular. but never been lean aways abit soft.
    never done a cycle before
    reasonable pct/estrogen knowledge
    goals lose excess weight and get lean/harder

    anavar can help with weightloss but really its best for hardening muscles and strength

    if your bodyfat is unknown im just going to assume its not in the right area to cycle
    first of all i think you should focus on your diet, maybe clen - based on your bf%, diet, and goals you posted

    Thanks for the positive feedback 189...

    If someone was going to do an Anaver only cycle should they run Nolvadex through out the whole cycle?
    Or just when the Anaver is finished?
