little confused, maybe some confirmation?

Hey all so i'm on week 11 of a 10 week cycle of test cyp 500mg a week

I've been reading and confused as shit.

So far what ive gathered is i take 500iu of HCG and 20mg of nolvadex ED or EoD for....4 weeks? is that right? I know test cyp is still in my system for ~18 days after last injection, its been 4 days but i wont be injecting again so do i start this PCT yet or what? Would GREATLY appreciate any feedback

first off dont wait 18 days to start pct, start 10-14 days. my theory is better start early then late. as for the hcg, you can run it the last 2 weeks of your cycle and the first week of pct but you dont need it and you definatly dont want to run it the entire pct. try using 20mgs of nolva along with either 20mgs of aromasin or .5mgs of armidex for 4 weeks
