PCT for Dbol/Sust/Tren cycle

Ok, my gf threw away my whole goodie box after my last cycle but we're on the same page now and everything is in order for my next rodeo. Next cycle will be:
wk 1-6 dbol 35mgs ed, tren 75mgs ed and sust .5 ml eod
wk 7-16 just dropping the dbols.
I have access to HCG, nolva, clomid & proviron but thats it.
Please help me out so I can do sh!t right this time. Thanks, DJ.
