    whats this about?

    in this pct Pheedno's PCT
    its says to use nolva with l-dex.I thought they reduce effectiveness of each other?

    Thats right, yes.

    Nolva reduces 2nd Gen AI's (Letro/Arimidex ) by around 43% from what I've read.

    Nolva and Aromain is a better option for that reason IMHO.
