When i run my test enan cycle that i want to run with aromasin , what week do i start the AI?

Ideally, 2-3 weeks before, as it takes 4-5 weeks to attain stable blood plasma concentrations using AI's.

Although, I'd use Arimidex 0.5mg/EOD and start 2-3 weeks before.

An AI should tend to lower levels of estrogen after a few hours. But to get optimal effects and to gain stable blood plasma concentrations, you'll need around 4-5 weeks.

Starting before your cycle seems logical (IMHO). But starting on Day 1 wouldnt hurt.
