    PCT help please

    I just got off my cycle of EQ 400mg/week and Test Enth. 500mg/week and its been 3 weeks. I was thinking of using clomids and nolva for 4 weeks.
    Clomid at 100mg ed for the first 2 weeks and 50mg ed for remaining 2 weeks
    and Nolva at 20 ed straight for 4 weeks. What do u guys think??? Also is there a preferable times for taking these things such as morning or night empty or full stomach??????????
