if just for bloat then id say .25 a day or .5 eod should be adequate.

.5 ed may be a little much

lmao..guys he can only get nolvadex, proviron and clomid...altough for me arimidex 1mg/ed worked awesme on a cutting cucle with test cyp,tren e and var...nolvadex 20-40mg/d along with 60-80mg of proviron will work good....alsokeep salt intake very low, avoid potassium foods..your diet will also be a main part of how uch you bloat
