When do i start pct?

Im doing 10 week test prop and need to start 3 days later but does that mean i don't take any thing for pct at all until day 3 my pct is aromasin nolva and clomid.Do i take arom the 1st day after last shot or just start all on day3?

no eod thats what others do.its 100mg eod

You should pin short esters ED. If you cant handle the injections, switch to Enan.

SO why do others go eod then? and prop has half life of 2-3days not one like a oral.

You shoot it everyday in order to keep the sides to an absolute minimum.

You can get away with EOD however.

ED is optimal though.

so i need 400 mg/week so is it okay to do 100 sunday and 50 rest of week and then repeat for 10 weeks?

Thats fine if you want...

Most people do 500mgs a week for their first cycles.

You can do 75mg ED which equals up to 525mgs EW.

Either or, its your cycle.
