hey im gna run a 12weeks course of test c and dbol for the first 4weeks i wll be running letro as im gyno prone at the same time. when should i stop the letro for my pct wich is below and whould u lads agree with it any feedback would be brill lads


wk 1-5 Clomid 25-50mg/ED
wk 1-5 Nolva 20mg/ED
wk 1-5 Aromasin 12.5mg/ED OR Arimidex 0.5mg/ED

Run letro right up until pct as this will ensure you dont get an estrogen rebound.

Thats not enough Aromasin... Double that dose...

And Adex is a horrible choice for PCT, adex and nolva reduce each others effectiveness...

Since youre doing a simple cycle, i would bother spending the extra $ on the Aromasin. But if you already have it, then id do this...


Nolva - 20/20/20/20
Aromasin - 25/25/25/25
Clomid - 25/25/25/25

If you havent bought the AI, then just go with Clomid/Nolva

Nolva - 20/20/20/20
Clomid - 50/50/25/25

i dnt mean to nag war3btt and uv already sed what you would do but would hcg be worth chucking in on pct thnks once agen even tho i have reasearch clearly i need to try understand it alot more

Id only use it when i have a 19-Nor in my cycle. (Deca or Tren..)

not saying im right but the way i understand it is...nolva reduces adex effectiveness. adex does not affect the nolva. a solution to this is to double the dose of adex to get the plasma lvl's where you want them after being reduced.
