PCT for tren e/test e/test c blend cycle

I just finished up 4 weeks of test cyp and due to an unfortunate event, my connection is no longer available. I am going through a new but very reliable source.

I am not switching over to a blend made by a reputable canadian UGL which contains test e/test c/tren e.

What is the best PCT for this as I heard tren is harsh.

My new source has many products available to him so I just need to know what I need so I can place an order and also how much I should take per day/week etc.
