Hcg <> hcg <> hcg <> wtf???????????

Ok. I have read everywhere on this site and on youtube vids and they all show HCG being injected subcutaneously. I ordered 3x 5000iu of HCG from India and they arrived, but not without some questions arising.

Intramuscular injection only! This is what the box says..... Huh? I thought you were supposed to inject into belly fat.... The instructions say that the HCG should be reconstituted with the shit they provided (which isn't bacteriostatic water. It is Sodium Chloride injection I.P. )
It also says that once reconstituted it should be used immediately and then discarded. On the forums here it says it can last 30 days in fridge????
I did purchase bacteriostatic water on the side, so yes I do have some on hand.. Can anyone clear things up for me, im confused...

I bought insulin syringes to inject HCG in minute doses throughout the cycle, but if it says use I.M. injection only should I add it to my Test E and inject them both together?

ignore the literature, mix with bacteriostatic water, I prefer sub-q injection.
keep refrigerated after constitution, and it should be good for about a month.
