Starting PCT advice

Have got my PCT to start as its 3 weeks since my last shot,i ran 250mg Sus/100mg Deca once a week for 8 weeks and have Tamoxifen and Clomid for PCT,just wanted to check opinion on the best dosage for these and the length of time to run them.Thanks in advance for any replies.

Well since youve already stopped that horibble cycle, you should start PCT now.

Just so you know, that dose did hardly a thing for you. And 8 weeeks is not nearly enough time to get the full effects of Deca or Sust.


Run your Nolva and Clomid for 4weeks

Nolva - 40/40/25/25
Clomid - 50/50/25/25

Thanks for that,i know that the cycle was a bad one thats why i stopped as soon as you guys informed me it was,ive got 20x50mg Clomid and 30x20mg Tamoxifen so on the face of it that doesnt seem like enough even though i was told it would be looks like ill have to get some more to do 4 weeks,is there any best way to space them out over the day or does that not matter?
