Arg so confused

I have just finished taking test cyp for 10 weeks. From the above sticky I should start my pct 18 days after my last injection.

I have been taking hgh through out the entire cycle and will continue it for another couple of months. I also will be taking clen when I start my pct. I have heard both these compounds help to keep you anabolic . ( I also have tribulus that I will take but I think this stuff is BS I just want to use it up ).

Now for the pct. I have picked up liquid dex, clomi, and tamox.

Can anyone tell me how much I should be taking of these chems, and for how long? I think it is around 4-5 weeks.....
