Gyno Lump?

I have a small soft tissue lump under my left nipple only. However, it seems to get worse as the day goes on. WHen i wake up, it is not that big. But at night, it seems to get worse. Why is that?

Also, when i workout, why do i get red blotchy skin? That related to estrogen? Just thought i would throw that out there. My face also gets very hot after a set. Not like me? never did that before. Has to do with hormones or liver or what?

What are you on firstly? include any supplements as well.
Your nipples might change because of the temp, possibley
