test e cycle.. what should i take for my pct??

I'm going to take test e for 12 weeks. I want to know what should I take during the cycle for I can ignore gyno, water retention ect.. And I know I start my pct 14 days after myast injection.... But I don't know what to take and for how long and how much do I take?? Pls help!!

clomid/nolva for pct and get some adex to take on cycle to prevent bloat/gyno.

Start pct 2 weeks after last test e shot. (4 week pct doses ed for each week listed below)
clomid (50,50,25,25)
Nolva(40,40,20,20)
