Who takes an AI in PCT and why.

Big just gave me the idea for this, i read in his post that aromasin might be an advantage in PCT, i agree, it may be.
What are your thoughts, do you use an AI in PCT? if so what type and why?
Do you find it has improved recovery?

I haven't started cycling yet, but an AI is definitely going to be a component in my pct...

well i know we have differing opinions on pct and there are different arguments for or against AI use in post cycle but here are my thoughts...

many people believe that AIs should be avoided in post cycle and only a serm implemented. the belief is that the high estrogen levels will cause the body to increase testosterone production to reach equilibrium in relation to the high estrogen, cortisol etc.

others (myself included) believe that our bodies will not begin producing more testosterone untill estrogen is lowered. estrogen is a major inhibitor of testosterone production. if we get estrogen from converting test. and our estrogen is already high. why increase testosterone production?

I use an AI to help lower estrogen and SHBG and stimulate test production. i feel it makes for a quicker recovery.

    i dont.

i find i keep more strength and mass coming off cycle if i just run HCG , clomid, nolva and caber during PCT. without a specific AI.

i run my nolva at 40mg a day for the first 2 weeks. so the Anti estrogen properties of nolva help keep estrogen from gettin to high. plus i barely run my test higher then 350 a cycle anyways.

My main question on this is that if an AI inhibits test from being converted to estrogen, BUT there is no test to be converted to estrogen why would a AI be beneficial. I can see the benefit if HCG were being used. Also, I can see where it may speed up recovery AFTER you start producing natty test again. I can think of a few ways it MIGHT aid in recovery, but mostly in indirect ways. I use AI's in PCT just kinda always wondered this.
