Test P cycle help

ok so i got my test p the other day and im planning on running my first injectable cycle...i decided with test p because there is less water retention and i dont mind the frequent injections..im going to do 100mg eod for 10 weeks. my stats are 6'0 about 200 pounds 13% bf.......my question is i still need to get my stuff for my pct but i dont want to get the stuff until i decided exactly what to get...i was thinking for my pct to do

weeks 1-2: 150mg/day clomid and 40mg/day of nolvadex
weeks 3-4: 50mg/day clomid and 20mg/day of nolvadex

im not too sure about that set up so id like to hear other input
