with test e wait 2 weeks after last injection to start pct.
Add nolvadex clomid is not enough, id also run pct for 4 weeks aswell.
repost a pct plan including nolvadex and we will tell you if its good.
Nolvadex is the cornerstone of pct :)
Why are you taking a SERM everday from the start?
Take a AI like Letro from the start, test e does armonitize, so take a AI to prevent the effects of estrogen.
Fall back on the SERM if you feel the effects of elevated estrogen.
I would take Arimadex .5mg as prescribed in the sticky threads. Just read the threads they'll tell you how much and why to take it. It is important to know why you are taking it. Also, if you really want to do it right look into HCG in the sticky threads. It will tell you why its a good idea to take HCG as well.

clomid 100/50/50/50
nolvadex 40/20/20/20
you can run an AI if you want, arimidex is the best choice is best run at .25mg eod and can be stepped up .25mg ed or even .5mg ed if gyno sympotoms come, but most are good with .25mg eod :)

you need to take 2 weeks off after the test, so pct would start week 15 not 14.

You are making good choices in constructing a good test cycle. So many guys wanna buy the gear but, don't wanna spend the money on the right ancilleries. They're also the ones on the board crying about how they have no libido Post cycle, or there nipples are swollen and lactating, or they didn't keep any gains. You won't have that problem, cause you're doing it the right way. Also, listen to Big about waiting two weeks to start pct. Its really important that all supplemented test has cleared your system before starting PCT.
You have not skimped on anything which is what ill do when move onto my first cycle.

Hey I don't intend to hijack, but since I will basically mimic OP's cycle and PCT.
With this PCT presented, would he need to change his diet at the end of the cycle, during PCT? (ie. increase calories to help with holding onto mass)
