    Time of day

    Is there a certain time of the day its best to talk Nolva? I've always taken it in the morning since its half life is about 12 hr. and natural test production usually starts at night. Reason I ask is I noticed knock off products like Nolvedex XT say to take it at night before bed. Just curious if it one way would be more effective in boosting natural test production again.

    i take it at night before bed.. makes me kinda tired, usually taking it with clomid as well.. sleep through any of the possible sides..

    I've never had any sides from Nolva. Any specific reason for taking it at night other than the fact that it makes you sleepy?
