Trying to do Pheendo's PCT

Hi. I'm abou tto start a cycle and am about to have everything needed except the PCT. I'm looking at Pheendo's PCT of L-Dex, Clomid and Nolva, and not seeing all three on the website sponsor of steroids.com

I see clomid, can someone point me in the right direction for the other two?

Also, I'd like to do an AI, what would be a good one for a first cycle?
