How to dilute HCG

Guys
I am plannin a 12 week 2nd cycle. In the same I a plannin to take 250iu of HCG every week throughout the cycle. I may also plan HCG 250iu everyday for 14 days in the PCT along with the other meds and all. Unfortunately in here we get only 2000iu and 5000iu. So i was planning to order bacteriostatic water online. I am getting 30ml vials of the same. Could someone tell me how the conversion/dilution works like?
