What was your cycle and what are you taking for pct? I`m in pct right now and I`m sleepless some nights but still strong and cant say I really lost much notable weight.

PCT is pretty weak for that cycle. I would have definitely started at 40mg daily on the nolva and also added clomid, HCG would have helped too. Still diet and training may be a part of the problem.
rapid weight loss in my experience would have to be mostly diet related. Training inappropraitely cant effect weight that rapidly. Your pct imo is weak as well...but id really suspect diet. Id have gotten clomid in the mix...if not id have started nolva at higher dose than 20 ed (hell even with clomid id have run it at 40/day 1st week) .... JMO

ya, i am sure its legit. my first cycle was sustanon only and i take about 6 months for rest before take my last cycle. how long should i rest before take the next cycle?Quote:

considering your present issue, I wouldn't start again until you get bloodwork and verify your levels are back to normal.
I was just going to say that , some people are very lucky and recover much faster than others. You want to make sure things are right before getting back on.
