    Couple quick ?'s...

    Start PCT tomorrow and want to make sure I have everything right. Using tamox 40/40/20/20. When should I take the dose? Do I just swallow it or do I have to swish it around or anything? Is it taken on empty stomach?

    I would normally search for my answers as I'm sure these same ?'s have been asked but its getting late and want to have all the answers for tomorrow.

    Can take it anytime, full or empty stomach and just swallow it straight down. No need for swishing. God knows why you think that would make any difference

    Haha, thanks bro. Better safe then sorry. I was thinking about andro poppers from back in the day that you crush up and swish around in your mouth to help absorption. haha
