BURNT OUT...taking a week off from lifting in PCT

3 weeks into my PCT...burnt out...not from the PCT...just working 12 hour shifts and I haven't had a week off in probably a year.

    Good or bad idea?

any time I start feeling really burnt out I take some time off. Everyone needs a break.

Think I'm gonna go for it...stressed out...rotating 12 hour shifts...I imagine cortisol levels are high and that I need a little break. I am just starting to get my strength back though.

    Take a break.

But keep your training intensity to moderate/high. Dont be afraid to go to failure.
