running my PCT correctly?

If I do this cycle, am I running my PCT right?

weeks 1-9 deca 200mg/week
weeks 1-10 test enanthate 250mg/week

start clomid on week 12.

I will also be using nolva during my cycle.

The questions I have is:
When do I start nolva and how much do I use for how long?
How much clomid do I use and for how long?

i would drop the novla during the cycle. and run adex @.25mg e3d and up if needed which u shouldn't at the dose of test.
run the clomd @100mg ed for 4 weeks starting week 12.

that cycle should really be longer, like run the test for 12weeks and the decca for 10. the doses are very low aswell what are ur stats?

I have no experience with adex and i don't think ive ever heard of it. What is the advantage or difference?

how about increasing the test e to 500mg's a week? or adding a tab like winstrol or something.
