I am just finishing a cycle of deca and Test E. I've gotten some great PCT info from the site, but I have a couple of questions. I've been told to start Pct two weeks from last dose of test e. However: in the "how to come off section" it says to start anti estrogen a couple of weeks befor day X. I have clomid and Nolvadex . Should I begin the Nolvadex immediately or wait for two weeks after the last test e dose to start the nolvadex and clomid? Right now my last shot was one week ago. Also is proviron necessary?
