Nolva & Clomid - dosage???

Hey Guys,
I will be starting my 2nd cycle in a weeks time. Cycle is as follows:

week 1 - 10
500mg Test-E (Mon&Thurs)
week 1 & 2
20mg D-bol e/d
week 3 & 4
30mg D-bol e/d

my questions is about pct.....

i will start pct 14 days after my last test shot, pct will consist of nolva and clomid.

can any1 advise best way to take these...

clomid 50/20/20/20??
nolva 20/20/20/20??

is the above mentioned a good layout?

Im going to be taking just about that same cycle sometime in March-April but without the dbol and the PCT looks about the same. You said this is your 2nd cycle..what did you take for your 1st cycle if you dont mind me asking. And how were your gains. If you can please keep us posted and let us know how you make out. Thanks bro
