When people talk about taking clomid or nolvadex for PCT what does this mean? LiquiNolva/Tamox 40/40/20/20
The numbers are the part that confuse me...

this is the wrong forum for this,but

the numbers are the doses they are taking each week, so in your example above,

40mgs/ED week 1 and 2
then
20mgs/ED weeks 3 and 4

Clomid and Nolvadex are brand names for drugs used during P)ost C)ycle T)herapy.

Do a search for PCT, and you'll find an abundance of information. PCT is the MOST important part of any cycle.
