physical pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside... The pain of quiting will lasts forever!!

relax... if you read up on the pct you will be able to find out what people like and dislike... my guess is that every one is tired of answering this question and the info is pretty easy to find... (what people prefer) just hit search and put in "pct" then read up..
