Help me with sustanon Pct

Hi guys I just finished my 1st cycle of Sustanon 250 of 8 weeks........

1-8 week sustanon 250mg (twice a week)
1-4 week letro .60mg (twice a week) (For pre existing gyno)
4-8 Letro .60 mg (once a week)

And after 3 weeks i will start my Nolva and Clomid therapy
but can u help me with the dosages and should i continue letro if yes then should i take .30mg once a week or what ?

By the way i have gained 12 pounds in 8weeks.
