Hey, Just about to finish my first cycle. I did 10 weeks of sus.
week 1: 250
week 2: 250
week 3: 250
week 4: 500
week 5: 500
week 6: 500
week 7: 500
Week 8: 250
Week 9: 250
week 10: 250
What will be the best thing to do for my PCT??

remember... you have to start PCT 3 weeks after your last injection.
then run clomid (100 / 50 / 50 / 50) and nolva (40 / 40 / 20 / 20)

here... you should really read up on PCT. It's the most fundamental part of a cycle, it'll determine if you keep your gains or not / restore your natural test production.

Well I am about half way through, I used to be overweight about 245. Then over half a year I dropped to about 165. So its been about 5 weeks im at 180ish bench went from 145 max to around 200 now. I cant really notice feeling different when I go to the gym since I've been on it. I work out about 6 days a week. Have gotten a little acne, but nothing bad. I eat a lot of food now compared to when I was loosing weight. My muscle, and upper body are definitely getting more cut, but my guts getting a little bigger. That is expected though since im bulking.Quote:

you need to do more research yourself that is why, obviously you were not ready for a cycle, considering how poor it is and the the fact that you did not get a pct sorted, you will end up loosing all of your gains and be worse off than when you started, read more on pct and follow the links provided, learn it all before you mess your body up for good, just being honest, they are not something to be played with, cheers

All right I just read all the stickies, and I believe I've learned a lot. I now understand that I need a SERM, AI, and HCG. The serm serve as a blocker for estrogen. AI help reduce the estrogen, and the HCG help get my testies producing test. again. I am planning to go with nolvadex, hcg, and aromasin. I am going to start 18 days after my last injection
