thyroid and test pct mix

Hey guys

about 2 years ago was cycling tes and tren. Stopped abruptly with no PCT. Noticed the lack of libido, felt like a girl etc.
Went to endocrinologist and she said my levels were ok, just kinda low. Put me on synthroid, but the more I learn from you guys the more I think these symptoms can be reversed.

Was going to try to increase naturally, was going to mix

T-100 - for synthroid
Thyroid Enery from NOW
Tribulus terrestrus
ALFI Restore

Is there anything I should add to this or any foreseeable problems?
Does anyone else have experience with this kind of thing?

the endocrinologist doesn't seem to care much about my plight. She's very respected in the field but deals with people who have these problems naturally, doesn't seem to care much about my self infliction
