can hcg be kept in the fridge after being mixed?

i just wanted to know about hcg, i have one 5000 iu shot, can i mix it and keep it in the fridge, its sterile, i just wanted to do 500 iu 2 times a week, for 2 weeks, thats 2000 iu, nothing more, thats right isnt it?
