pct on cycle question

I am currently taking 500mg test blend weekly.
This is my planned PCT to begin 18 days after last injection:
Day 1-20
Clomid 100mg evd, Nolvadex 20mg evd, 0.5mg Arimidex evd.
Day 21-30
Clomid 50mg evd, Nolvadex 20mg evd, 0.5mg Arimidex evd.

Any opinons on if I should removed the adex?

Also I read, and i wish i could remember where, that Clomid should be taken every 4 weeks on cycle for a week to help make recovery a lot faster at the end of the cycle? Is there any truth to this?

I prefer aromasin for an ai during pct, and no, don't take clomid on cycle.
