    Questions about AIs and IGF-1

I was just reading that some AIs increase IGF-1 production and others decrease it. People seem to use Adex and aromasin pretty much interchangibly. Adex decreases IGF-1 production where as aromasin increases it.

The article I was reading said that nolva decreases IGF-1 production also. So if you are using nolva, should you try to offset it with an AI that increases IGF-1 production, like aromasin? If aromasin isn't available wouldn't letro be a better choice than adex, as it also increases IGF-1 production?

heres a link to the article that got me thinking about this: http://www.mesomorphosis.com/article...inhibitors.htm

I'm sure there's something I'm missing. The more I read about PCT the more questions I have.

OK so I read up on letro and I see why that's a bad choice.

According to the article that I linked, nolva decreases IGF-1 production by 23% and adex reduces it by 18%. That means that if you're using both together your IGF-1 production is pretty much cut in half. That must lead to significant musle loss. Am I wrong?
