Need help with gyno & pct plz..
Firstly i would like to say that this is the most informative site i have ever come across- absolutely amazing, great work.
Ok, im 28 and running a 10 week cycle of sus 250. I have ran some mild cycles in the past, so not my first. Im in week 7 and feeling some soreness and lumpiness around the nipple area. I have had this with previous cycles and took nolvadex and found that these reactions had been reduced considerably.
I can get my hands on clomid, nolvadex and arimadex. My question is what should i start taking now to reduce the gyno? How much should i take? And how long should i take it- should i keep running it until pct?
For my pct, plz correct me if im wrong, but its 18 days after the last shot... What combination should i use from the above 3? what dosages? how long should my pct run for? Plz be specific and thourough, cause i really want to get it right..
Thanks in advance guys i really appreciate it.

You should've taken all this into account BEFORE you started your cycle
Especially since you've done some 'mild cycles' in your past ..?
PCT
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Clomid: 50/50/50/50
I'll let someone else jump in here for the Gyno Q but maybe 0.5mg of Adex ED until it goes away ..

id start 40-60mg nolvadex until symptoms subside.. probably be fine with 40mg..
anyway, once symptoms subside continue the nolvadex at 20mg right through pct.

you could start the adex but when symptoms flare up id start nolvadex . it works fast.. faster than adex. stopping the already present circulating estrogen from binding to the receptors in the breast

ok, i will opt for the nolvadex , but should i still be using arimadex for pct or for the remainder of my cycle? I read that adex reduces water retention, is this correct?
