PCT opinions please?

I was going through lions site and noticed his "research chem combos" and i was wondering if my best bet for pct would be to purchase the Nolva/Clomid/Liquidex combo ?

I was thinking about running just straight nolvadex, but after some research through the forums I got to thinking maybe i should run the other two to help with estro block and nat test boost. Any suggestions?

Also whats a good ED or EOD dosage on these for my PCT??

Sorry for the "newbie" questions, but any help i can get will be MUCH appreciated !!

i prefer not to use the combos so i can dose the way i want.
