Sure. Usually the sides seem to stem from people lowering their estrogen levels too much.
Check this out: What's up with all these anti-estrogens?

For myself and may others anti-e's or SERMs are a must while on, but I think people get a little carried away sometimes.

What do you think would be a good dosage while on cycle just so no more gyno developes or becomes noticable?

ive seen .25mg ED and .5mg ED.. some say 1mg EOD..

    What about in your opinion

depends on how prone you are to the sides. I've never needed more than .25mg/eod.

Hey guys, I haven't posted yet but have been reading everything I can on these forums, learning from everyone else.

I had a follow up question on this L-Dex. If one is prone to gyno, would they rather take L-Dex or Nolva during the cycle? If L-Dex, would you want to keep taking it through the PCT also? I know one is an AI while the other is a SERM but they both would act to stop gyno from progressing correct? Or is this a question that the answer is based on what cycle you are on? I am just curious since I have quite puffy nipples and small lumps behind the nipples every since I can remember (I'm guessing from puberty).

    Any help would be sweet!
