when should i start my pct? 14 days or 18 days

here my cycle when should i start pct keep hearing 14days and 18 days????

1-5 androls 50mg ed
1-13 sust 500mg per week.
1-12 deca 400mg per week
6-15 winny 50mg ed
hole cycle adex .25 eod
pct
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/50/50/50

3 weeks after sust.. but since your running the winny 2 weeks past the sust wait 1 week..
id just change the timing on the winny, run it 3 weeks past the sust and jump right on pct.
