    How to stop taking letro

When the gyno finally subsides how do you stop taking letro....I read to taper down (2.5, 2.0, 1.5, 1.0, .5, .25) I also read to take nolva because of a rebound effect that your body has....when do I introduce the nolva? Before I start tapering down or when I'm completely done with the letro?

    Thats too broad a statement.

Generally, SERMS work well with AI's with the exception of Nolva + Letro/Arimidex .

As it pertains to what you guys are talking about, the combination of tamoxifen and letrozole have revealed that these drugs interact, resulting in letrozole concentrations approximately 35-40% lower than when letrozole is used alone.
