    PCT, 9 months later???

Alright, my last cycle ended in July of 2008, fairly big, lost of test and deca ...unfortunately, i totally screwed the pooch and f'ed the PCT all to hell...ran about three weeks of nolva (no flames, burnt already). Anyhow, did some tests for this TRT clinic, turns out my test levels are shot, 218, and i knew they were, felt it big time. Now, i take prednisone and vicodin, both of which lower test levels, gonna cut them out, also, because of my back i've been outta the gym for about six months, but ready to get back. Diet has been shit as well. My main question is, would there be any benefit to running a good PCT regimen at this point? I'm figuring it could give my system a jump start, while i'm making the lifestyle changes, and six months or so down the road, be ready for another cycle, instead of this TRT shit that's driving me crazy (this person says this, this place says that, this is the best, no this is the best, you gotta test for this, no but what about that...it's drivin me nuts). Anyhow, all help appreciated as always...

9 months since last cycle? Maybe time for another, then do a proper pct?
But have heard of people doing a pct almost that late and had increased test levels.

    I would, yes.

Maybe even some HCG , even though it may lower natural levels of LH, it may give your testes the boost they need.

Have you had a full male blood panel done?

Free T, Total T, LH, FSH, SHBG, Estrogen, Prolactin, Progesterone etc...
