When is best to start again

Hi,
I'm after along cycle of 16 weeks which include D-Bol ,SUS250 , Deca , Tren ,Winstrol ,Test P,Efedrin.

My PCT include HCG ,Clomid,Proviron ,Novaldex.

after my PCT ends, when is the best time to start a new cycle ?

10x.
