pct help

HEIGHT: 5'10''

AGE: 30

WEIGHT: 180 lbs

BF% : 8.3

YEARS TRAINING: 18 yrs off and on

PREVIOUS CYCLES: ( estimates not exact) 6 cycles generally consisting of 2 compounds. One of which is always test of some sort and usually a deca or d-bol. Threw in trend w/ one of those cycles once.

PCT EXPERIANCE: self admittedly not much. Used something called PCT tabs once. Had gyno once and had it surgically removed.

CYCLE NOW: started w/ a test 350 blend for 4 weeks then moved to test 100 prop eod all the while running deca. I have enuf test to run for 3 weeks after deca. One shot of deca left.

CURRENT ISSUE: sore nipples, swollen, small lump

PCT GEAR I HAVE ON HAND NOW: Liquid Tamox, Liquid Clomi, and Liquid Dex.

QUESTION: can someone tell me how to run this stuff please. I know 2 of them I take a few days after cycle ends but how and in what doses? And which am I supposed to be taking now to help me w/ my nipple issue and how do I take it?

Arimidex : 3-4 weeks @ .25mg or .5mg ed
Letro: 3 weeks @ .25 or .5mg ed
Aromasin : 3-4 weeks @ 20-25mg ed
proviron 3-4 weeks @ 25mg-50mg ed

SERMS:
Clomiphene: 4 weeks @ 100mg ed first 2 weeks, 50mg ed last 2 weeks.
Tamoxifen : 4-6 weeks @ 20mg ed (40mg ed for first 2 weeks if you wish)

liquid Tamox- 20 mg/ml (50 ml )
liquid Dex- 1mg/ml (30ml/ 1 fl.oz )

id us the nolva at the end of the cycle but yes use it now if you getting gyno

so to make sure i got this right , use the tamox once a week starting at 40 then down to 20 and also use the liquid dex at .25mg everyday ?

EVERY DAY Clomid /dex for pct (at the end) Also throw in nolva
Use nolva now yes
Every Day for PCT
Clomid 100/100/50/50 every day
dex.25 ed
nolva 40/40/20/20 every day

Nolvadex reduces the effectiveness of Adex. So including Adex in PCT is a waste of money.

Now using on cycle for estrogen control? Thats good.

Using Nolva for estrogen control? No good. Effects gains. Use Adex.

Using Nolva to treat gyno? Yes. It blocks estrogen from the receptors in breast tissue stopping the spread of gyno.

Now another question bud, what is the point of introducing an AI during PCT anyway?
