estrogen rebound

why does estrogen rebound during PCT when ones test levels begin to spike up again ??

is it becauses it goes down a lot when we cease exogenous test and our endo test is nil and everything just spikes up all together ??

in addition , when the estrogen rebounds , and even if we dont use an AI during pct , shouldn't it stabilize on its own ??

ok i understand that , but if my testosterone say spikes up WITH an estrogen rebound, will it stabilize and the estrogen level go down to normal again with the test staying high WITHOUT an aromatase inhibitor ?

in other words , do test and estro just spike up together because they where almost zero THEN slowly return to normal physiological values and stabilize , even without an AI , but most definetly WITH a SERM ??
