I have been lifting for about 2 years and decided to take a cycle to try and pack on an extra 15lbs after platueing out. My diet is good and am very strick about it. I have a few questions about my pct seeing as this is my first cycle. I am currently taking test c at 450 a week and deca at 350 a week taking a shot of both every 3.5 days. I am running the deca for 11 weeks and the test for 13. I am currently on my 6th week and have just started to see results of about 7lbs. Is this a long enough time or should i extend/shorten my cycle. I do have pct on hand. I really dont need any critisism on my cycle or saying I shouldnt be doing this for a first cycle because it is a little too late for that so please dont bother with those comments. I am really just looking for somone who would be able to direct me in the dosage and of what I should be taking for a quick recovery, because I keep hearing this is a tough cycle to come back from. I was worried about it so I did get a bunch of nolvadex/clomid/and hcg and I just dont know how much or which ones I should be taking and for how long. So please anyone that would be able to help me and not critisize it would be much appreciated. Thank you guys
