    Training adjustment during PCT?

I have heard a lot about making adjustments to your training during PCT to maximise retention of your gains but I am unable to find any specific info on what to do.

Obviously your strength will decrease as your levels get lower so what is the best solution to maximise keeping your gains in size and strength?

    Cheers

    Cheers mate,

Now that ells me to keep training hard but shorten the time and this is conflicting to other info I have been reading that says you need to lower the intensity as it can have a catabolic effect and actually promote a reduction in the gains you have made.

Any further advice from some of the experienced guys that know a lot about ptc?

I've also read that, and it does make perfect sense.

I have to say that the most difficult part of learning about how to safely and properly use AAS is sorting through the great wealth of conflicting information.
