Proper pct for a novice cycle?

I just finished a 10 week cycle of 300 mg of testosterone enanthate per week, and I bought some nolvadex. I looked at the novice cycle on this website and it doesn't mention any pct. How many mg's of nolvadex should I take per day and for how long?

14 days after last test injection, nolva for 4 weeks, 40/40/20/20, clomid for 4 weeks, 100/50/50/50 (those are the daily doses for each week of pct)

That's just a good old school pct, some may want to add aromasin as well. Everyone is different, it's a matter of finding what works best for you.

Alright thanks for the help. Well I gained about 13 pounds, but I have a really small appetite if I would have ate better, I definitely would have gained 20 pounds or more. I'm starting to take black hole pills and it seems to be working in increasing my appetite.
